I whole-heartedly recommend HexClad pots and pans. We own the 12″ HYBRID WOK WITH LID and the 12″ HEXCLAD HYBRID PAN. What’s cool is you get both so you can share the lid. What’s great is that the pans are easy to clean, they can go into an oven up to 500 degrees, and you don’t have to worry about scratching them. We use them every day and will most likely convert all our pots and pans to HexClad. They are pretty expensive, but if you consider that you’ll never need to buy another set in your lifetime, and they safe, they may be a pretty good option.
Sam the Cooking Guy (Twitter) is my favorite food personality. His son, Max, does a fantastic job capturing and editing the videos. The banter they share (usually filled with multiple F-bombs) is entertaining. I would recommend any of their videos/recipes, but this Texas Brisket stands out. Enjoy!
I’ve started to experiment with fermenting vegetables because of the health benefits and convenience. I won’t go into the details of the gut biome and how fermented foods help your overall health and well being. You can Google that or start here.
There are several great YouTube videos that can get you started.
Top Pot Donuts are some of the best donuts I ‘ve every had. They have a sturdy density to them that leave you feeling satisfied. I highly recommend the chocolate covered ones pictured below. You can order them from Door Dash or just go directly into one of their locations in the Greater Seattle Area.
